Real-Time Clinical Information Available

Axial Exchange, Inc. announced yesterday the launch of its Axial Alerts service at WakeMed, providing local pediatricians immediate and secure electronic access to clinical information about their patients’ visits to WakeMed’s Children’s Emergency Department as well as the results of any testing done during that visit.

Grand Opening Celebration Draws a Crowd

More than 1,500 people attended our Grand Opening Celebration to get a sneak peek of the new WakeMed Children’s Hospital and new patient tower.

Walgreens Supports WakeMed Children’s Hospital

Recently, Walgreens placed donation collection canisters at registers in 22 local stores to help support the WakeMed Children’s Hospital.

Phase II Begins for WakeMed Children’s Hospital
